Marketing a home so it sells fast and for the best price means positioning your home on the market so it receives the maximum exposure in front of targeted buyers.  This means your home must be marketed on-line as a featured home and showcased with professional photography on real estate sites like Trulia.com, Homes.com, Realtor.com, Boston.com and others. If your home is seen first and frequently by motivated buyers who like what they see on-line, they will want to view it in person leading to more opportunities for a sale in a timely manner.
